Job Description - Administrator

Ace are looking for a dynamic individual to help run and maintain our busy contracts office and become a valuable member of a close and hard working team. It is essential that you are able to work on your own initiative and be able to manage your workload.

The ideal candidate will want to learn the business and grow into the role, making the most of opportunities.

This role will involve a multitude of different skills some of which are listed below.

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Sales and Marketing Skills

Duties to include

  • Answering all queries on the telephone and emails from customers

  • Updating and maintaining information on our service management software

  • Organising the general office and preparing information and forms for engineers

  • Planning company workloads

  • Preparation of Method statements and risk assessments

  • General filing and scanning of paperwork

  • Invoicing customers and chasing payments when due.

  • Ordering stock and products
